U031133 were they made in USA or just MIJ??? Mine does not have crafted by Kurt Cobain on it. I know it's 95-96

As far as I know, all Jag-Stangs were made in Japan, except for the 2 prototypes Fender made for Kurt.

The only #'s on my JS are on the late 70's Mustang neck thet I used on it. Aug cut the body for me. I bought the neck new from Fender back in the late 70's. I ordered it with a brass nut....

Have anyone met Jag-Stang with a serial number like that -- O080261?

It's == O + 6 DIGITS 1993-1994 years of production.

Yeah, it's stock. I'll probably keep it that way. I've only had it about a month or so, but I don't think the stock pickups are as bad as people make them out to be. After a setup, new tuners and some cleaning, she's playing very nice.

Cool! My Fiesta one is modded. Probably will keep my Sonic one stock. I need to replace the tone pot though. It isn't working at the moment.

bought this guitar years ago . . . just dug it out of the closet . . . busted volume knob and nut. Going to take it in to get fixed up and was toying with the idea of getting new pickups put in. I'll poke around the forums to see what i can find.
