How's everyone??? I've been off the forum for what seems like forever! Lots of poo has happened in my life (lost my job, band & gigs. oh & most my gear :-hateit :-hateit :-hateit ) so I haven't had the time/ability to get on but soon should be back up and running.

Anybody got any sweet new gear? projects? mods? news?

I got a Vox AC15CC1 and an old Harmony Strat copy ( you might have been here for the AC15, I can't remember exactly when you disappeared). Fran finished his Johnny Ramone Mosrite. A new guy named Connor joined and is building a FENDER MARAUDER and it's turning out to be one of the sickest guitars ever. Oh yeah, and there was an epic battle between Mcconnachiea and a new guy called Kurdt Cobain that threatened to destroy the entire forum (I think Kurdt ended up leaving js.com). Other than that, what Foxy said.
would it bother you more if we used guns?

fox: thanks man. I actually really missed being on...except for the stupid a$$ trolls & dumb arguments about useless crap...oh wait that's what this all forum is

feedback: NICE on the AC15!!! I had rebuilt my amp collection & had to sell it all due to the fact that I lost my job/band/weekly gig all in the same week (I'd write a country song but I don't own a dog and my wife didn't leave me). I'll be moving soon and hopfully get another band going once I'm settled and I've been concidering that AC15 as an option (instead of getting another Pro Jr or Blues Jr) how do you like it??? I'm not sure I'd use the trem on it tho but if the tone is there then that's all that matters.

McDouble: How you likin' it? I have to give you props for actually finishing the project man!

I love the AC15, it has great tone. It doesn't really have a ton of gain, so you'll prolly have to use a dirtbox with it if you wanna do really high gain stuff. As far as the trem goes, it really is great, prolly my favorite trem I've ever heard (but that's just me). I was addicted to it for the first couple of weeks I had the amp, but now I seldom use it (it's still nice to have from time to time though). The reverb is really nice too.
(PS did I tell you I got it for $329 in near perfect condition?)

Yeah, the project guitar is good. Only thing is, while gluing the neck, some of the frets got pushed in so it needs a fret levelling job :?

Other than that, its good and works well. The GFS pickups sound real good too :-D
