Anyone that was hoping to buy a Fender Japan guitar is gonna be #### outta luck most likely... You can pretty much bet on the ones that survive are gonna be sold for quite a chunk of change as there probably won't be any new ones made for quite some time after all this.

The guitars will be fine as they are made in Tokyo and Tokyo will be fine.
The media over exaggerates everything to get ratings.
