i just purchased a brand new classic player jag. lately if i get too heavy w/my right hand and hit the strings hard, it causes the intonation screws to rattle inside the saddle and bridge itself. initially i thought i'd just get a tonepros replacement, but to my knowledge they don't do a bridge w/a matching 9.5" radius. i'm sure i can silence the bridge's rattles. i think just a small dab of clear silicone on the offending areas of the bridge should do the trick, BUT, being somewhat of a jag newbie i thought maybe someone here may have a better idea.
Most will use blue loctite or clear nail polish on the screws to help them fit more snugly.
This stuff.

i thought about loctite but wasn't sure if it would be thick enough to stop the lateral movement of the intonation screw (where it sits in the bridge casing closest to the tailpiece). i can easily wiggle the saddle back and forth due to some less-than-tight tolerances when the bridge was made. given that i have loctite in the house, i'll probably give it a try. if it doesn't work, then i'll go for something a bit more goopy.

The blue stuff is removable. Clear nail polish could be thicker or thinned out elmers glue.
