Squier Jagmaster Review

Ok mine was made in 06 in japan. its got an alder body (sunburst), maple neck i beleive and a rosewood fretboard.

The sunburst on this guitar is beutiful but my biggest problem is that it gets dents and scratches real easy, but my motto is "an unscratched guitar is an unloved guitar". also on the neck it seems the tint was put on top of the finish and the tint has worn off by the 2-6 frets.
The sound is good i love how the pickups make it perfect fore every thing i play from nirvana to beatles to rem to soundgarden. my only problem was that the bridge pickup didnt work when i got it but thanks to the warrenty i got a new one ( in 4 months ).
Right now im running it through a peavey tnt 100 bass amp but i got the tone so it sounds like a beefy guitar amp (like marshall but a little thicker) and a first act distortion.
Right now the only mods ive done are putting black rings around the pick-ups and black control knobs. next im going to install a new pickup selector cause the stock one broke down and is stuck on the neck pick-up. Maybe ill get another humbucker for the middle position and also maybe a coil tap. and another thing is i cant get feed back so im putting some pickup covers on so i can maybe get some and also it'll look better too, and im also thinking a chrome jaguar styled plate for where the tone controls are at.
My last complaint is the strat styled bridge which takes away only because it limits what you can do with the sound cause i like to pick behind the bridge which i cant do on this.
but i guess its not to bad having to do it behind the nut.
