Yes, but they can be hard to find. There always seem to be a few on ebay. (Search for headstock decal or logo)
If you are doing an honest guitar restoration, like a vintage jaguar or jazzmaster, your local authorized Fender dealer can be of great help. They can often get replacement decals for restoration projects, but it wont come cheap.
