Ncluc Would I be able to replace the humbucker on my jag-stang with a p-90 soapbar? What problems would I run into...fit, wiring, etc.?
eupat you will have to route the body and replace the pick guard because the p90 is thinner than a humbucker (between the single coil ad the humbucker)or you will have a gap between the pickup and the pickguard.
Malik Well, you can get soapbars that are exactly the same size as humbuckers. If you get one of those it'll be possible.
Rich Gibson P-94. Supposed to sound like a P-90, but humbucker sized, so no routing is necessary. You will have to cut the pickguard to fit the corners, though.CLICK ME
