I got a Jag-Stang last week, i said i'd never buy one ever again after the last one but i had to DO IT! being is it is in mint condition and a good price...

It played good in the shop but predictably went out of tune the moment i even glanced at the trem, so on getting it home i used mad-mike's theory setting the trem as tight as possible and counteracted any movement with the bridge screws wrapping them in plumbers PTFE tape.
This tape temporarily seals screwed joints, i also put pencil graphite in the nut slots then restrung with 10's.
I used it at rehearsal saturday and was impressed, stable tuning (even with whammy bar antics), fairly good tone with plenty of clarity and no microphonic feedback.
My original plan was to replace the pups with a SD JB and Hotrails that i already have spare in the house but to be honest, i see no point.
I'm well happy with this guitar....all i need now is a green cardigan. 🚬
