all stock, i'd say just a little less than a mustang. so maybe 800 or 900 dollars. not entirely sure. try looking in the mustang auctions thread at '65 stangs, see what they are, then reduce the price by say 20%. or try completed listings on ebay, if there's something similar been sold recently
