I had/have the same problem for a custom Jazzy-strat i'm building and the elusive email from several suppliers has'nt arrived yet to say they have them back in stock.
Let me know if you do find someone that stocks them, if not i'm gonna make one out of a small 90 degrees metal angle bracket. Like the ones used when kitchen fitting.
