Those two guitars are going to sound different due to their different types of pickup. If you're into singles and like to use the trem, I'd suggest the second one, but just look for a different colour. Personally, sonic blue's my favourite, but they're not easy to find, though at least one board member has one. On looks alone, and of the two you've posted, I'd go for the first one, but I suggest you go to some music shops and try out the two types, then pick one in the colour you want.
