Jaguar neck/fret size and your opinion

According to specification thats the size of the neck/fret size. I am quite new to this. Can anyone explain a bit.

I am planning to get a jaguar probably made in japan. My hand is not that big and I am looking for a smaller fretboard width. any recomendation?

Also is mustang fret width smaller then jaguar?

That's neither the size of the neck nor the size of the frets.

7.25" = 184mm.

It's the radius of the fretboard, AKA, how round the fretboard is if it were part of a large circle with that radius.

So the smaller the number the more curved the fretboard is, and that's good for small hands. I think 7.25 is pretty much as low as you can get (tho I don't know if rickenbackers are smaller?), but beware the HH jags cos in their specs is says they have a 7.25 radius when they are in fact 9.2 or something.

I thought the HH Jaguars had a compound radius of 7.25" to 9.5"

no its definitely 9.5" all the way up.

width of the fret? If you mean fret height, the Jag HH has vintage frets, same as a regular jag i.e. quite low.

what i mean is the space between both e-string. My yamaha pasifica is around 2 inch. Anyone know which one has wider or broader fret between mustang and jaguar?

are you talking about the distance from the low e to the high e. or

in other terms, the bass side to the treble side. or in another term. the nut width?

possibly the surface area of the bass side to the treble?

i think thats what your asking. and.... im not sure honestly. if you would like i can measure my jag for you but i can garentee that it changes the closer to the bridge you get.

I mean this. My small hand is comfortable with a smaller size. Anyone has both mustang and jaguar. Which one is more comfort with rhythm strumming with small hand. Thank you

thats the nut width, its 41 as pedro has shown us. the vintage stufdf you can get diff sizes.
