Definatley a mustang body, maybe a copy (a Fernandez MG-66 or an early 80's ESP body perhaps).
The neck looks to be a Mustang as well, if not it could be an ESP (if you're willing to spend $5 to look at a buncha' photos, I found some on the vintaxe.com website of some other mustang and jaguar copies, not to get too far off subject).
The control plate is off a Teisco Del Ray or a Univox Hi-Flyer, regular Mustang bridge with a TOM, no neck pickup, and given the possibility that thats a Univox control plate, that could be a Univox Hi-Flyer humbucker in the back.
