The jaguar is most certainly daphne blue, and is NOT a refin.
Ok, now here is my photo of both. The mustang in my pic is definitely daphne blue, because its one of the reissues that are being sold through musicians friend right now. Therefore, my Jaguar has to be sonic blue (and indeed, thats what it was listed as when I bought it from the seller).
It's hard to tell because of the lighting in your first shot, and because you are not including the jaguar in your second reference shot, but your jaguar looks more like the sonic blue in my picture.
Im guessing your duo sonic and your jaguar are the same shade of blue? If so, the duo sonic (in better lighting than your jag) definitely matches the sonic blue jag in my shot better than the mustang that really is daphne.
