hi everyone, i'm new here and it seems a really good place to stay!

i'm planning to buy a jaguar 62 reissue (no hh), but in my town the prices are too much high, so i decided to check online shops. first of all, i'm from italy, so any advice coming from european user will be appreciated! i checked 2 sites: thomann and guitar24.de. has someone here ever bought something there? if so, could you suggest me to buy there? can you suggest me others reliable webshops?

huge shop, has a lot of stuff and you can also order online from them.

cij jags are up to 630 i think and the av ones are around 1500

i never bought anything online, but its a very well known shop and ive been there a few times.

i think they have a help line in every country so you can just call them if youre interested in buying there...

they dont have cij jags in stock though, so youre gonna have to wait longer

i see, but i'm doing odd jobs for this guitar and i don't know when they'll pay me. i would have waited anyway!

All but one of my guitars have come from ebay.

I see no reason to ever buy a guitar brand new. not only are they more expensive, but also pre-owned ones just seem to be better overall, cos theyve been played in a bit and any problems usually have been sorted out.

Is it worth browsing the electric guitar bit of ebay rather than searching - a few times ive found REALLY good guitars that have been mislabeled (the seller has forgot to put the model in ther dexcription) so ive bought them at stupidly low prices.

I also have boguht my CIJ Jag on ebay (second hand) and it's absolutely great. I think you can try to judge it based on the pics. You can ask for more pics if you are not sure.

Since you live in Italy, if you are in the Milan area you can try to visit luckymusic.com, I'm sure they have Jazzmaster. Not sure about Jag (probably not) but maybe they are going to order some.
