and Imported things are Money Killer

i Aways wanted have Ibanez on my guitar's

I got an Dreadnought like one , Raymundo Y aparicio Classic Nylon witch i use to play classical things and trainning , got an M&P Randy rhoads , call she White Beauty is an 88% like copy exept wood's all hardware exept tunners witch i like more lock tunners from schaller and bridge ive used Gotoh Wilkson V-100 strat bridge since dont found Charvel Stratocaster bridge , all others thing is samme than jackson , ive got Fender Jag-stang@ JB,Shaller lock straps , Schaller M6-lock tunners,Graptech nut ,JB and SSL-1 at pickups ,different wiring and 500k pot and 500k push pull

now i want do Floyd guitar , Between Ibanez cooler neck and jackson Neckthuru witch is an amazing , terrific and very amazing neck

Prestige neckthuru series from ibanez are amazing at that point

neckthuru idea from Jackson , Fast neck,thin 25,5 neck and 16o angle headstock , idea from ibanez

its very cool exept price its on brasil between 9.000 bucks - 10.000 bucks

So i called luthier did White beauty and maked few questions

and did research what i was gonna do , what i can do better than ibanez and jackson ... Handmaded Is Aways better than factory !!!

thats why Ibanez,jackson,fender,gibson,Esp,Schecter ...etc amoust all instruments makers have an Custom Shop 😀

fender custom shop , jackson custom shop , gibson i cant do hahahahhahahahahah i am not millionary cant pay 14k per an guitar

since i win about 1.300 bucks per moth and use about 300 i live at my familly house and i pay my food only , i got luck still have familly and my familly helps me , my actual skills at guitar are very bad duo i work 7:30am - 6:20 pm all days 😀 stop 30mins lauch time , its good job at computer area , i am Network Admin , so i got 2 hours to do trainning ☹ and 1 hour per weekday teacher splain me what i need trainning and check how i coming

About woods luthier will use

Tauari (Couratari spp) is very like Alder , it's a OAK , it's Very Nice Tone

Marfim (Balfourodendron riedelianum spp) is Mapple Brother and have more tone than Mapple

Brasilian Rosewood Aka Jacaranda (Dalbergia Nigra spp) , its awsome wood to do scale very very hard and soft to touch , today rare duo its illegal to cut , luthier found very nice old piece , very .... very hard found today

Mapple (Acer spp) All know What is hahahaha , its amazing to do Balance in Tone

Brasilian Walnut (Tabebuia spp) is very bridge tone its give resistence,Reforcement to neck

heh im only kidding, sounds...umm expensive. maybe when you get your new guitar, and need to change the strings and what-not, you will see how much of a nightmare it is to fiddle with a floyd rose trem...

I didn't have time to read all that and I didn't really understand much of it, but from what I gather you can't get the guitar you want, so you're going to get the next best thing and mod it to be like the one you want? Am I correct? If so, gofer it man, more than anything because it's bloody fun having projects!

I've got dual truss rods on my 6-string bass project, but it's not like that, I actually have two truss rods. Sadly I deleted the pics from my photobucket, so I can't get one right now.

i used a two way is my project and i am putting 2 way rods in the two that i am making.

they make more sense and they don;t really take up that much more space.

Vintage Truss Rod

This single rod is typically 3/16" in diameter and threaded 10-32. One end is a fixed anchor, the other end is an adjustable anchor. Key to the function of this rod is the concave slot or trench in which it is installed. Tightening the adjusting nut causes the rod to straighten thereby exerting upward pressure in the middle of the arc.

The red arrows indicate the compression forces exerted lengthwise upon the neck. The blue arrows indicate the forces bearing up on the center of the neck. The yellow arrows indicate the resulting neck movement determining string action height and corresponding relief.

Benefits of the vintage truss rod

* Light weight-minimum mass

* Unique tone-replicates vintage tone

* Less torque required for adjustment

* Top adjusting on Vintage Modern necks

Drawbacks

* requires frequent adjustments with seasonal humidity changes

* compression of the wood lengthwise causes eventual wood distortions (lumps and bumps in the fretboard)

* More difficult installation with fitted skunk stripe

The Double Expanding Truss Rod

The double rod is installed directly under the fretboard in a straight trench approximately 3/8" deep. A long adjusting nut is used to focus the truss action away from the unmovable heel joint.

When flexed in the neck, resulting pressures are shown above. The blue arrows show the two rod ends exerting high downward forces while the middle pushes up uniformly. The resulting neck movement shown with the yellow arrow, determines string action height and corresponding relief.

The force exerted by the tail end of the double rod is considerable. There must be a minimum 1/8" of wood below the rod end to prevent wood failure in this area. This becomes a concern only when thinning a neck beyond factory engineered dimensions.

Benefits of the double expanding truss rod

* Extremely stable, no seasonal adjustments are necessary

* Increased mass = longer sustain, cleaner and clearer notes

* No end to end wood compression to eventually distort the neck

* Top adjusting on 13
