Warmouth is good... I got my Mustang bridge from them. Took less than a week. $45.00, I think.
The bridge/ vibrato adjustment thing: First, you set the bridge rocked all the way back in it`s sockets, screw the tension screw on the vibrato down pretty tight, push the handle down, slide the lock back, tune the guitar, and intone the saddles from this position. With the guitar tuned up, and the saddles intoned, loosen the vibrato tension screw until you can slide the lock back and forth with almost no resistance- so that when you release the lock, the strings don`t pull back and go sharp at all, and so that when the lock is on, you can`t pull the handle back at all. If your nut is reasonably well lubricated, you should be able to get a shimmering vibrato, with the strings even staying in tune with each other for almost a half step in both directions. You can`t dive as much, or as precipitously as with a Stratocaster, but you can still go pretty far, and much more smoothly. With the bridge rocked back all the way in it`s sockets in the first place, you can`t bend up more than about a half-step without pulling the bridge forward a little on return, but it`s easy to pull the bridge back to it`s in-tune point again, and besides one mostly either shimmers, or bends down with the vibrato, anyway, no?
