townshend used that pedal on live shows, not so much on recordings. the who albums are pretty clean sounding.
could the fact that he used P-90's have to do with the fuzzy sound too?
not that i'm going to change pickups, just wondering because i've never played with P-90's before
and thanks for that guyatone tip, i never heard of the brand but they sound very good!!
