Atari I have a 65 reissue Fender Mustang, and i'm wondering how can I remove the whammy bar? I unscrewed the screw on the tremolo but it still won't come outThanks in advance
BanditGuitarist1 you un-do the little hex screw on the side next to the bar, if it still doesnt come out then you just keep taking it out more and more and if that doesnt work then yank it till it pops out.
Atari yeah, I said i took that screw all the way outAnd i've pulled on it pretty hard but it's not budging!
catipillarkid Looks like you've got the oppossite problem of what I had when I first bought my stang. I got mine used and I had to order the trem arm for it and it was always bit too loose and didn't work well for lit trem work. Anyway...when you took out the hex screw did it have a little black foam tip on it??
