Aug the 'guitar paint' you are referring to is auto paint. no difference whatsoever.but, it would be better to get it from reranch cause they have the color codes for guitars, where an auto paint store has the colors, but they wouldn't be labeled as surf green, lake placid blue or fiesta red...
