Just picked up a crafted in Japan 69 reissue. Generally very well built but I think the PUs are pretty weak though I don't know what they are meant to sound like.
I am thinking of changing them was thinking of a SD little 59 for the bridge to give a classic rock feel but would like to have a classic single coil sound in the neck what do you suggest? Also is it worth changing the switching it is a bit weird?
