i've never seen a US reissue with a painted headstock. Could be a Custom Shop deal. However that is not reflected in the price. I would expect it to be twice that. Could be a DIY thing, too.

its the new thin skin jaguar.

just came out.

it has a thinner skin of laquer to age quicker and what not.

i think its sexy as hell.

anyways, in a store close to me i found the mascis amma jazzmaster. i dont know how to call it so its just amma. so, it looks really unique and weird. its not j's actuall one but the color is the same and i dont think many of them were made...

This Carl Martin pedal looks pretty sweet, how does it sound?

^ Well, It sounds pretty damn well for the price. The echo is good, the delay is amazing. Highly reccomend it over any other pedal in that price range.

I took a better look at these guitars. they are freekin sweet. however what is it with the 9.5" radius finger board an 6105 frets? what are 6105 frets? how is the radius different? why do you think there are a bunch of them? because of the quick aging? oh jesus i want one....

9.5" radius is flatter than the 7.16" the Jaguar originally had, therefore, alleviating the "choking" problem when you do bends with low action, and the 6105 Frets I believe are a little larger than vintage. I'm beginning to think the thin skin series are aimed at the "working guitar" market. A LOT of the things behind them , including the finish (which allows the wood to vibrate more making the instrument more "alive" sounding), are aimed at those that want their favorite model with an aim towards sound quality.

As for me, I love Sea Foam green. That's my fav color on just about anything with Fender on the headstock.

I don't know I'm much of a fan of 9.5 radius necks, the HH is that and I prefer the feel of my strat. There's not a massive difference, but the skinnier the better I say
