9.5" radius is flatter than the 7.16" the Jaguar originally had, therefore, alleviating the "choking" problem when you do bends with low action, and the 6105 Frets I believe are a little larger than vintage. I'm beginning to think the thin skin series are aimed at the "working guitar" market. A LOT of the things behind them , including the finish (which allows the wood to vibrate more making the instrument more "alive" sounding), are aimed at those that want their favorite model with an aim towards sound quality.
As for me, I love Sea Foam green. That's my fav color on just about anything with Fender on the headstock.
