The short answer is NO... The scale length matters. the bridge will be in the wrong place for the frets. A Strat neck would probably fit on a Jazzmaster, but it would be unnecessary, since the two necks are about the same, anyway, unless, of course, for appearance and feel, you wanted to try a maple fingerboard on a Jazzmaster, that a Strat neck substitution would give you.
