Parts for the Tremolo... where do I get them?!

Hey, I locked down my jagstang's tremolo (same trem as the mustang).. I did this years ago and now decided I would like to use the trem. Ofcourse I chucked all of the pieces. So I am wondering, where the hell can I get some replacement posts that attach the tailpiece to the springs? And do the springs on this bridge easy to find? Are they a weird size? It seems my standard springs I have lying around from other guitars look too long. Thanks for any advice!

Allparts.com has a lot of Mustang tremelo parts. Do a search on Mustang when you get there. They do have the springs available seperately but I'm not sure what you mean by "posts". It may be easiest to just replace your entire tremelo tailpiece unit.

I noticed the whole assembly on allparts.com - the mustang uses the exact same bridge as the jagstang right? Even the screw holes should line up perfectly right? Anyway, thanks for the help, I will check Warmoth now as well.

Well.. that will be my only option.. $60 US +/- from all of the competitors.. too bad you can't just get the springs and mounting posts seperately, that would probably only cost $10 maximum. Oh well, it is worth it. Thanks.

You can buy the tension springs for $4.99 at guitarpartsresource.com
