How do I get to the saddle adjustment screws?!

Hey, yet another question, as I have recently been fixing up my old JagStang. How do I get to the screws that adjust the saddles for intonation purposes while the strings are on? Even with a tiny screw driver it is very hard to get to them. Any tips on how to do this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, you can just turn it around easily since the grooves in the saddles aren't string-specific.
