According to the fender site, it's a 1993-1994 model...as for being a '65 or a '69 RI, if it has arm and belly contours it's a '69. Prolly should have the racing stripe, too...but, I just woke up and my coffee hasn't kicked in yet...so if I'm wrong, sorry.
