note to self: dont ever use the word "anything" even response to a specifiic comment about Gibsons and MIA strats. though yes, i was being a bit rash.
so that SG in the picture doesnt have a headstock shown, but is cited as a gibson - played for literally one show in TJ and the body broken apart.
the Epiphone (red w/ blck pickgaurd) pictured is not a gibson, and it has a bolt on neck, a sort of ugly stratish guitar.
that less paul looking thing is not a marauder. 
but probly an Ibanez Artist.

i suppose i should read the book. i met his aunt a few years back, who tours high schools around here talking about drug use and suicide. she had some real sad videos of kurt at family holiday gatherings, obviously high, and pretty detached in some instances. she said he was basically an interesting bright kid until he got into middle school.
