I've been thinking about replacing the stock pickups on my '69 reissue with lace sensors (blue in the neck, red in the bridge). First, would this be harder than replacing them with a more normal type of pickup? I don't think it would, but you never know... and second, what do you guys think of the choice of pickups? I do a lot of classic rock and garage rock stuff, and those seem like they would be a good choice. If you guys disagree, what would a better choice of pickups be? I'm pretty hellbent on replacing the current ones.
