Do I need to change my pots?

I've changed my pickups to a Seymour Duncan JB and an SSL5 single coil.

I haven't changed the pots. Do I need to? What difference would it make?

You don't "need" to change your pots, but if you do, go with CTS pots. They are larger and have a much better feel to them.

original pots are 250k , idiot fender choice at humbuckers

do 500k CTS Pots , they rock on

What difference will the 5ook pots make?

its just the tone roll off.

you more bleed off with em.

will sounds be far less muddy than the 250k ones

250k = Singles .....

any guitar using humbuckers need 500k , else its sounds muddy
