fanboy does anyone know where to buy a replacement nut for the '69 competition mustang? I'm thinking of putting in a graphite nut to match my graph tec bridge, maybe, maybe it will help it stay in tune when using the trem
Aug I get my nuts from http://www.allparts.com, and although they come pre-shaped for radius, they need to be shaped to fit. Also, they don't come pre-slotted for strings. I highly suggest having an experienced luthier handle this. They usually charge around $45.
robertoriginal get the ones that are pre radius for fender guitars, you will see them.they are curved.
