The same guy built the 2 Warmoth/Fender Teles for me
along with the 3 Fender-ish clone amps too.
The small amp is a Hot Rodded Highly Modified Champ
that runs about 17 watts and will cut you off at the knees.
The Deluxe looking amp is really a Hot Rod Modified
Champ in a Deluxe Cab with a 12" speaker. It's only
6 watts but it can keep up with a drummer & a bassist
and is good for jams and small gigs. Made to be CRANKED!
The '56 Bassman semi-clone is killer! It NAILS the tone
I've been hearing in my head for 35 years! It's a 4-holer
with normal/normal-high gain/bright/bright-high gain inputs.
It's my favorite amp of all time.
Plus, I got the L6-S from him too.
Not only an amp guru, but does the best set-up on guitars I've
ever played. I just wish he lived closer to me......
He's a great friend too. He GAVE me that Gibson ES-137
for Christmas 2006 - I was floored! A real Bro - indeed!
