Fran recommended this forum to me, so I finally bit the bullet and signed up 😀
I used a 60s Mustang on the recording of my bands EP in January, loved the guitar and eventually bought this off of Fran to try and get me in the ballpark soundwise:
It's a 76' (I think) Music Master that's had a bridge pickup added to it.
It originally came with a Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge, and what I think was the stock pickup in the neck. I swapped those for a pair of Bareknuckle Slowhands (with a brass baseplate on the bridge pickup) and also re-wired the push/pull pot for series/parallel when both pickups are used at once.
The only change since these pics were taken is that it now has a white/cream switch tip 😀
