I can't tell you the color for sure, my guess would be cream given that was the classic color of "Zebra" humbucker bobbins (one white and one black) as seen on some old Gibson humbuckers from the 50's/60's. Also, DiMarzio pickups seemed to usually have a cream tint, especially the Distortion and Super series stuff from the 80's, lots of bands used em'.
As far as the pickups themselves, as the Kurt's Equptment FAQ clearly says, they were a DiMarzio PAF at the neck, and a Super Distortion at the bridge, which was swapped with a black Duncan JB around the In Utero album. I think I may have seen the JB'd Jaguar once or twice on TV in those days.
