apoczen211 I bought a Dimarzio pickup to replace the bridge pickup and a fender tex special to replace the neck. The dimazio is black that I got because I thought it might look good but im kinda torn. the neck pup is the factory one with the cover taken off to get an idea what black would look like.
robertoriginal i put a black cover on my 96 jag-stang, but i gots a cream guard for it that i made from scrap single ply stuff, it looks kinda cool, i guess its something different.
BlackTie With the red PG, I think the white pups look better.....if ya had the original pg, i think black pups would work.
apoczen211 I jut decided to go with the white ones..I got the pickguard on ebay. Now I just wait for them to be shipped, seymour duncan JB's and fender taxas special for the bridge. thanx for the input
nirvana23freak i think black look better than white... on fiesta red jagstangs.I like them better white on the sonic blue stangs.
apoczen211 Like I said in an earlier post that I went with white..If I was gonna go with black I would have defianetly got a cover for the neck picup and I would have changed the switches to black as well. I just dont want to replace everything on the guitar and chance messing up something. Thanx for all your posts..
