I usually don't have the bar on, but that resulted in losing the screw that keeps it on.
But I do find that using the heel of your hand on the tailpiece can give a nice subtle vibrato at the end of phrases. That's mostly what I use it for--but I do like the Mustang vibrato.
Nice colour on the guitar there too.
I need to take new pics of my Mustang, but it looks like the one in my avatar, except the pickguard & pickups are black.
