lack of treble

Hey, i have a hot rails in my stang and it doesnt have much treble. would upgrading the cap make me have more treble? (my stang has the stock cap(to my knowledge).

.022 is the middle of the road one and the one most favoured, .047 is too bassy for most people, .01 is quite a bit trebley and i've never tried a .003 but that bitch might shatter windows.
