if you were to do this yourself you would have to buy a radius block.
take out the frets, re-radius the board, if the inlays disopear(doubtfull) you can buy a bag of dots for like 5 bucks from allparts.
then just take the appropriate drill bit size, re-drill the hole, pop in the dot and you are done.
and you of course would have to re-fret it.
have you done anything like this before?
you may want to have a tech do it.
actually you could use epoxy and rosewood/ebony dust to cover them up/fill them in.
