LpZeppelin Hi i saw a pic of someones mustang with short switches and in the caption it said he used washeres or something to lower the switches. plz i need to lower my switches when im playing i keep turning the pickups off.
MrMkay What about removing the pickguard and then look how you can decrease the highness of the switchtes?
LpZeppelin im gonna do that after christmas because i might get a ne pickup so i would do that then i just want to know befor i tear my stang apart
AnotherTool The screws go through the pickguard, then into the switch, so place some washers between the pickguard and the switch.
Alakazam-009 I have seen in my telecaster that the pickups have these small rubber like tubes that go onto the screws that help adjust the height/spacing.
