that first auction is a fake,
its a mustang copy, perhaps a memphis, or a serivicement, i have seen a few servicement mustangs, not as many as the jaguars that i have seen, but still, its not worth the time/effort.
the second auction would only really be worth it if you already had all the parts for a vintage mustang, otherwise you will be watching ebay for years to come in the hopes of scoring all the parts.
