I'm gonna have to disagree withe quilted there! Whilst right about their cheap origins they are generally fantastic guitars. My friend has one of the model in the picture and it has the best neck of anything i have ever played, the necks on '60's hagstroms were known as the kings neck 'cos they were so good. In the early seventies it's rumoured that hagstrom had a gentlemans agreement with fender not to sell a strat like model in the U.S because it was much better than what fender were doing. In the U.K Hagstrom's got a pretty good rep, at least the old stuff has.
Got my Kapa, it's pretty good actually! Nice neck, good sound, worse trem than a jag/jazz. I didn't know that was possible!!
