Fran So your using a digitech grunge pedal on that recording?Sounds more 'metal' to me, Big Muffs are the way to go.
Jord-Stang yeah, it wasent so good sounding mostly because it was a cheap microphone i picked up at the dolalr store and it was the original pickup, the dimarzio i have in there now sounds pretty good, i never really tried a big muff b4 is it worth getting?
Fran Yeah definitely. The black russian ones are the cheapest and pretty good but if you can go an extra dollar get the NYC Big Muff.Some time ago on the FX forums the Digitech 'grunge' was referred to as the poor mans Big Muff.
