Jag-Stang Intonation troubles

I am sorry if I use the wrong terms for things.

My problem is that my high E's (thinest string) intonation is way flat but the sadle is all the way towards the neck. I cant move it any farther up than it is but,I need to for the intonation to be right but can't. I have a 1997 stock Jag-Stang. PLEASE HELP!!!

is your bridge sitting in the middle position when you set the intonation or is it ####ed all the way back?

Its up farther forward but when I put it back there is not much of a difference according to my electric tuner... But my tuner did come with one of my guitars so its not top quality. Even by ear though you can tell its way out no matter how I set the bridge. Would raising it on the high E side help?

I use standard nines but am going to switch up to tens soon. Nines are just what I had around. I know Tens might help a little right?

Hey thanks I fixed it. there was some trouble with the strings. Replaced them and messed with the bridge and it is fine now
