fran, i went ahead and calculated it. and it turned out to be....
too much, better off having a luthier do it, more custom, less cost.
i had a buddy clint, who worked for warmoth for almost 6 months before he quit, spent 1 year i st. lious and 1 year in michigan going to school to be a bonafide luthier, went to warmoth and ended up radiusing fretboards for 6 months.
not even by hand, he just stuck the wood in a machine and pulled it out, you would be scared if i told you how much he was making.....
