yeah you can convert it to a guitar, by sanding off the finish, filling all the routes, re-routing it for a musicmaster guitar, buying a neck, buying a bridge, buying the pickguard and re-painting it.
but basically by the end of it, you would have a 700.00 vintage bass turned into a 100 dollar guitar.
think your better off buying a musicmaster, or selling the bass for a guitar, that would be a smarter move.
