I bought a reissue polychorus back in, 2001 maybe, I'm not sure but it was a good few years ago. I have always been pleased with the setting I get. It has an awesome flanger, as deep as you could want. Anyhow, I am not pleased with EH's workmanship. I have always kept it in its wooden box and have never damaged it or gigged with it. But in the past few months when I turn it off it cuts out half the out put. My amp then becomes quieter and even more dirty, even on clean. I have to hit the button on/off really fast a few times or press the button in half way without it clicking on for the output to return. I have opened it and there seems to be nothing touching or obviously wrong inside.
And now one of the two adapter's prongs became loose and can now be pulled out almost twice as long as the other one.
I'm not worried about the adapter. But does the pedal button need to be changed? I'm not savy on pedals. Any thoughts?
