insertwordshere inspired by this: i got thinking, besides the obvious lack of controls and differant scale neck, there are no differances between a jag barritone and a regular jag, are there? does this mean that the adding of a normal jag neck to a jag barritone body would work?
Doog someone said: does this mean that the adding of a normal jag neck to a jag barritone body would work?Well, that one has a LP-style bridge/tailpiece setup..Nah, the baritone neck is longer.
insertwordshere someone said: does this mean that the adding of a normal jag neck to a jag barritone body would work?yeah, i forgot to mention the hardtailso is the bridge placement differant to a normal jag?
amkrisis a normal jag has a .... erm .... jaguar bridge 😛 with a tremolo, like the Jazzmaster. The baritone seems to have something based on a tune o matic ...
insertwordshere oh, i should have been clearer. i was comparing it to one of the new HH jags. despite the controls and neck differances, it looked pretty simmilar.

Rick the bridge is a few inches further back than the normal jaguar. with the baritone bridge pickup taking up the position that a normal 24" scale bridge would have gone in

dudee just note that the baritone is harder, and not as comfortable as the Jag!I like that in my woman, and you should try it first to see if it suit your playing style.happy to inspire... 😁
