there was actually a thread about this last week i think. the douche selling it came on here and posted it. some guy baught it and re-listed it with the same auction details, pics, everything, but with a much higher starting price. i guess it didn't sell because he relisted it again there.

yeah i figured there mightve been as i dont really look at this forum, so i looked at the titles of the last weeks threads and didnt see it. i didnt think about it being a relist, ah well its cool anyway, shame the guy is trying to sell it as though the paint adds to the value to the amount of what you spend on it.

Another equation of Retail + Price of modifications/labor + shipping = eBay selling price.

People need to learn that when they upgrade a guitar, the upgrades lose value just like a new car driven off the lot. Just like the guitar did when you bought it and walked out of the store.

i said something similar in the original topic and the dude came up with some BS about his mate working at a guitar shop so he got it for about $3 and the finish cost $4 and the pickups cost $1.50 so he made a huge profit of about $1,000,000 when he sold it.

How funny. There wasn't one person that posted about the guitar that didn't like it and now everybody was making fun of it.

All the sh*t started when I referred to the guitar as a 'true' jag-stang. I was acknowledging the FACT that neither a jaguar, nor a mustang, ever came with a humbucker and that the guitar is more of a jaguar/mustang hybrid than anything that anybody had ever 'designed', via cutting, paisting, and mailing to the Fender Custom Shop.

From there, I offended what you refer to, but don't acknowledge yourself as, the Nirvanabees.
