once you understand what a good setup is, you can pretty much setup any guitar, regardless of the bridge.
all bridges have the same basic components and some have some extras, and the extras are just for extra tweeks, you catch my drift.
if someone has spent 20 years working on strats and never seen or worked on a stang before they would do a good job becuz in all honesty the stang bridge is much easier to work with than a strat, and the trem is pretty easy to figure out.
