ye was jus an over the counter aerosol spraypaint, i put bout 3 coats of primer on first, using 6oo grade wet and dry paper between coats to keep it all smooth then put loads of really thin coats of colour on with the can held quite far away from the body and finally a few coats of laquer. it seems smooth and has a nice shine, the thing about any paint is certain colours are easier than others for instance yellows and reds are usually more translucent than greens or blue or purple etc which makes it difficult to get an even consistancy. wot colour you thinking of doing it?

Thankfully you're in a minority 😀

I got very nervous about showing people this guitar for the firtst time, thinking they might not like it. Turned out the other way (either that, or people are good actors 😛)

That spreadsheet should answer most questions. The neck is full length, rather than the Jaguar's usual 3/4 scale. It's made by http://www.legraguitars.co.uk/ and damn he's good.

It was made in early 2009, near the East coast of England (Essex, Leigh-on-Sea).

The fact it was left handed added a little bit of pain. For example, he got the right-handed control plates from a Jaguar and had to re-chrome them on the other sides, to fit them onto a left-handed body!

Some more recent pics (cell phone pics) of my Jaguar. CIJ neck and body, AVRI trem. chrome, tuners,pots (500kA), wire etc, switchcraft toggle, DiMarzio pickups, Gotoh tuneomatic, allparts PG.

Its wired pups>toggle>vol>out. I really have no need for all the bells and whistles stock wiring, plus this is easy to switch between pups.

Yeah, I"m not really influenced by SY's music so much, but I am influenced by their guitars and tunings a fair bit. I do love SY's tunes but I'm not a die hard fan of their music. More so their equipment.
