anyone ever play one of the MIJ slab bodies?

anyone have/heard any particular gripes about 'em other then maybe the slab body itself or maybe a weak bridge pup? personally i always enjoyed the slab of the j'stang so thats not an issue.. if anything, i think it adds a bit of an unique aspect to it. i've been looking in to it more and more, and i figured if i cant have an overpriced vintage mustang, may as well get a fairly uncommon reissue ha.

i like the slab feel more than the contoured feel, probly why i like teles.

i played a few vintage stangs that were slab and i have played one of the new 65 re-issue slab stangs, i like em, i think that they will catch on. overall quility on em is way better than the 69 re-issue compstangs.

i don't like the way contours look, but non contoured bodies always tear the sh!t out of the underside of my arm.
